Osteopathy (Thesis Writer)
Francine Chong recently completed the five year program in osteopathy through the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. She has currently moved on to the thesis stage of her studies and upon completion, will be awarded certification as an osteopathic manual practitioner (DOMP). Her thesis is entitled “The Effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment on the Self-Reported Symptoms of Subjects with Secondary Insomnia”. Her previous studies include a certificate in Massage Therapy in Montreal, which led to her discovery of osteopathy and the desire to help those around her, those with dysfunction and those struggling in their daily lives. She is also currently completing a distance education program in Homeopathy through the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine. Her hope is to be able to provide a well-rounded holistic treatment and be able to offer lasting advice to her patients. She believes that everyone is responsible for their own health and wellness and that anyone can live a positive and productive lifestyle.
